Hi Everyone. I'm new here and have a question I'm hoping someone can help me with. I have a new Denon 2113ci receiver. I can play music from my PC through the network setting but was wondering if there's any way to control the music from my PC? I would like to set up playlists in Windows Media Player and then run them through the Denon. I also want to play games through this. I know that I can set up an additional cable to one of the inputs that will handle both but if I can do it with one cable it will make the setup cleaner.

Thanks.

It's pretty simple. All you need is an HDMI cable or optical cable (depending on what you have available with your PC) connection.

I have an optical cable. What I'm trying to do is use the network connection to avoid running two cables. Is that possible for games? I figured out that in WIndows Media Player I can right click on something and play it on the Denon. I can also save a playlist and then select it from the receiver. I can't see any way to do this other than Windows Media Player though which eliminates games.

Thanks.
