My Denon 4520 is about 3 months old and has been working flawlessly. Lately the unit will not completely turn off. When I turn off the unit either using the remote or the push button on the unit the display will not turn off and the power light stays green. The display switches to "Main Zone Off" and a few of the smaller icons stay on.

Anyone know what is going on? I went through the setup menus and the HDMI pass through and the HDMI control are set to off.

I have not reset the unit yet.

Yup. When you power on using the Power ON button on the stock remote you're turning on ALL 4 zones and although you are powering off the main zone you must also power off the other zones as well. Try turning on the AVR using a specific source button instead.

Also note there is a dedicated thread just for 4520CI Owners ....
