I am moving things around in my theater and in order to do so I will have to hook up a subwoofer cable that is around 50' long. I plan to use this cable: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10236&cs_id=1023603&p_id=2684&seq=1&format=2 running from a Denon 4520CI to a Vandersteen 2Wq subwoofer.

Any thoughts on whether or not I am going to have any issues with this length?

That will be fine. I use RG6 cable for my sub and it is excellent...
