Can someone point me in the direction of a cheaper A/V receiver that will convert/send analog signals through HDMI cable. My older cable modem and DVD player has COAX cable and the standard white and red cables respectively. I am remodeling a room and would like to run one HDMI cable to the TV and control the accessoories with a RFH control.

unkely inexpensive receivers will have the necessary hardware to convert incoming video and audio to digital, as would be needed to send via hdmi. Maybe something like this, though
