OK this is whats installed.

Sharp 60LE600u
Denon 2113 CI
Directv HR24
Samsung Blueray player BDF5100
Apply TV

Everything is wired HDMI thru the receiver to the TV. DTV and Apple work great gave me a picture, the blue ray didnt product a picture. The TV said " unsupported mode" I did a reverse handshake and its works fine now.

The problem I have is the on the GUI for the Denon 2113 CI doest come up on the TV,. I need this so I can access the internet radio apps. It says "unsupported mode" Ive swapped HDMI cables, tried another reverse handshake, firmware update, reset the micro processor. It works a 22" Samsung lcd TV.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

After much research as to which reciever I was going to buy, I went with the AVR 2113.

One thing I came across was a forum post somewhere by someone who had the same issue.

Make sure all of your HDMI cables are the same version. For example, if you have two 1.3's and a 1.4, for some reason the Denon 2113 GUI has issues with the display on your TV.

I hope this helps.

Another possibility is the deep color feature on the bluray player. I know for my marantz 5007 (same company as denon) having deep color turned on in the bluray player causes video issues. Worth a look anyway.
