I recently picked up a new denon a 3311ci. it was a used product i got from work, but it doesn't seem to want to go into standby mode. it does a hard shutoff every time like it flips an internal air gap switch like the older denons used to have. any suggestions or feedback would be much appreciated
thanks

What isn't happening to make you believe it's not in standby mode? The power ring will only turn "red" in Standby when either HDMI Control or Network Standby is set to ON, otherwise it will remain off even though the unit is still in Standby mode.
