My wife is listening to some internet radio today and it has randomly changed channels on her about four time already this afternoon.

We listen to the internet radio fairly often and this is the first time this has happened.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks.

No kids in the house with a smart phone.

My wife has a smart phone but she wasn't using it when it happened.

Can you elaborate, please?

Thanks.

Some owners have posted of their kids playing with the Denon Remote app on their phones which will provide control of the AVR from another part of the house (eg. their bedroom) to include changing internet radio stations. Otherwise, she may want to place the AVR in standby and unplug it for about 10 minutes.
