Hi, the new Yamaha RX-V675 is great BUT cant get volume on Panasonic Plasa TV to work. Using HDMI for all links. The receiver goes to AV4, Audio on Blu -Ray and internet Radio works great. The Plasma is linked AND volume display responds up and down on remote command., BUT there is no audio from the receiver. When I unlink the receiver t.v. audio speakers work. Question, since the receiver is engaging with T.V remote showing vol changes, could the HDMI cable still be faulty? All cables are new EXCEPT for the plasma(have to take the t.v. off the wall today to check) Is AV4 the right routing? Any ideas? Thanks Klaus

"No volume"--do you mean you cannot control the volume, hear no volume, or see no volume indicators on the screen.

Also, you say that all "links" are HDMI but you're using AV4. What do you mean by that? Are you using ARC from the TV to the receiver?

Please detail how the components are hooked up.
