Hey guys.

Just got the E-300 from the Fry's deal. For to say that I'm lost is an understatement. I got it hooked up and all that and sound is coming out of the speakers and what not however not sure about the settings.

I tried to use the audessy thing but I didn't think it sounded that great.

Anyone able to help me to get this thing setup correctly?

I started with a cheap Onkyo HT-RC230 so this would probably be considered a major upgrade lol.

I have 4 speakers in the ceiling, a center speaker on the entertainment center and a Polk subwoofer connected LFE.

Help would be really great!

Thank you.

To learn more about the Audyssey setup, review the Audyssey 101/FAQ Guide linked in my sig and use either a camera tripod or mic boom stand to support the Audyssey mic when taking measurements. Aside from that, really depends on what specific issues you are having as HDMI connections should be plug-n-play. Also suggest you post any additional questions in the Denon AVR-E/X Owner's thread linked in my sig as well as review posts #1-6 in that thread for additional helpful information.
