I have Onkyo TX-SR606 pairing with front Polk RTI 8 and surround RTI 4. Is Denon AVR-E400 much better than the Onkyo TX-SR606 in sound? Thanks

The e400 room correction software is much better. Audyssey MultEQ vs Audyssey 2EQ which doesn't eq the subwoofer.

Will you have a subwoofer in the mix?

Thank you for your reply. I have Polk PSW10 subwoofer. I'm seeing the E400 on sale at Fry's for $300 and thinking it's worth to upgrade.

Over the weekend I went from a Onkyo 604 to the Denon E400 (Frys Deal) Was just needing more HDMI ports, but I'm getting better sound AND picture. (wife even noticed) Definitely worth it in my case.
