I have my 4520 fed by my HTPC. I would like to use the multiple HDMI outputs to feed the following:
First - my projector, with sound through the Denon's attached speakers.
Second - a TV in a different room, with sound through the TV.
Third - a monitor in my equipment enclosure, no sound required.

Can this be done? It seems as though the zone 4 HDMI out would fit the bill - but I do not get sound.

Your Zone 4 TV likely only is capable of receiving PCM 2.0 audio so ensure the source is set to pass only that.

Actually, my zone 4 TV is fed through another Denon (3313). I am actually trying to treat my feed from the 4520 as a HTPC feed at the 3313. The issue seems to be that if I select the AVR speakers as the audio output on the 4520, I lose all other HDMI audio outputs. Is there a work around?

If you are sending HDMI audio to the 4520CI speakers, you must then use the Zone 4 HDMI Out to pass audio to the 3313CI.

Thank you jdsmoothie, I had tried this before but only as a pass through function, which must not exist on Zone 4. If I just leave Zone 4 turned on all is well. I appreciate your replies.
