I have the Denon avr-1913 and was wonderinf what the Best sound mode is for movies and hockey games?

Many of my blu ray movies say true hd sound, dolby digital, pro logic 2 capable but when i start the movie and view the sound modes, it always gives me the same choices: stereo, multi ch in, multi ch stereo, mono movie, and virtual...all under the movie sound modes
