So I ordered this amp off Amazon and the first warning that something was amiss is the fact that it came with a 220v power cord. No 110v but no biggie, I grab a computer power cable and plug it in and nothing. No power.

From what I can find online, it appears that it takes both a 110 and 220 power source so maybe the cable was a convenient "throw in" and I've just got a bad amp?

Anyone have any ideas? As you can imagine, Amazon has no clue and wants me to send it back but I want to make sure I'm not missing something obvious.

when you turn it on do you hear two relay clicks? any lights like on the gain channel level or blue power light on? 110v cord should of been included not 220v,but like you say no biggie.

No relay clicking. No lights. No power. Dead as a doorknob.

So frustrating... I thought mounting the buttkickers in the chair would be the hardest part of this upgrade and so far it's been the easiest... by far. Figures.

Guess I'll send it back.

Ended up sending this back today and am going to use a Bash plate amp (300w) to power the four shakers. The deciding factor was that every piece of equipment in my rack is black and I couldn't live with a silver amp in the rack. This plate amp will get mounted in the space beneath my rack.
