Hi everyone. I have a demon 2311 that is cutting out periodically regardless of source. It'll cut out for 4 or 5 seconds, loose sound, loose video and the input indicators disappear . At first I thought it was a bad hdmi cable, but it's happening with multiple sources. ( Xbox , directv). It's happening when the unit is not hot. What gives?

Try unplugging the unit for 10 minutes and if still no joy, then reset the microprocessor (p. 84 OM). Otherwise, if purchased from an authorized dealer, the unit has a 3 year warranty so check Denon's website to see if there is an authorized repair shop in your local area.

Cool. I'll give it a try. I bought it from electronics expo which I believe is an authorized dealer.
