So I have this Pioneer Elite Receiver I bought around 4 years ago. It doesn't have 3D support and I'm running out of HDMI ports.

The Yamaha is on sale today for $300. I'm not sure how good it is compared to the pioneer. I was thinking about waiting for the Denon x3000 to go on sale and get that at some point.

Am I just wasting my money?

I'd wait for the Denon for AFAIK, neither the Pioneer or Yamaha can EQ the subwoofer while the Denon can. smile.gif
