Alright, so I've been rocking a HTIB from Pioneer for many moons. The heart of which is an SX-315. I need at least 3 HDMI inputs and I will be using the Pioneer's speakers to save cash. The passive sub is not an issue as I have an amp if needed. Nearest I can figure, the speakers are up to 167w @ 6 ohm, though I'd like to see a minimum of 100w @ 6 ohm. I understand if that's unrealistic. I'd also like auto calibration.

To give you an idea of where I am: the Pioneer can have up to 10% THD and I'm not mad about it lol.

Example: a Sony STRDH540 is $165 online and I could live with it. 4k and 3D aren't necessary nor is passthrough UNLESS it affects input lag (online gaming)

Thoughts?

Lol but what makes them better or worse? They all seem pretty similar but are about $70 more than the Sony. I'm looking for more of a "well with this, this is better."

All three receivers are on sale for $250 or less

All three of those receivers linked have at least 4 HDMI inputs

Take your pick.

The Denon and Pioneer also have networking, Pandora streaming, internet radio, Airplay etc. but none of those things were on your list of wants/needs.

Yeah I don't need any of that, but I suppose I'm not saying what I mean :P. Are those better than the Sony? Are any of those better than each other for any reason? Bang for the buck kinda thing. Once I get a house, I'm going balls out haha but right now I want the best at that price point, unless they are all so comparable it doesn't matter.
