I just upgraded from an old Sony DG820 to a Denon X1000 using the same HDMI cables and TV.

I don't know if it's my imagination or not but the quality of video looks better now. As if the contrast and black levels are better.

I am I just crazy or did my new Denon X1000 improve my video?

Well .. let's put it this way .. there is not video chip in the X1000. rolleyes.gif
