need help deciding on a receiver

Currently have an Onkyo TX-SR606 but some HDMI ports are not working and I am looking to upgrade. How would you rank the following receivers from best to worst?

Sony STR-DN1040, Denon X2000, or Pioneer VSX1123

If there is one similarly priced/feature set I should consider feel free to throw that in as well.

Well I want improved sound from the Onkyo, 3D passthrough, ARC, maybe 4K; not sure what else.

Likely to pair with one of the following speaker combos:

#1 : http://www.amazon.com/Energy-Classic..._bs_3025451_25

#2 : http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PU...kers/SP-PK21BS
replacing the SP-C21 with this one: http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-SP-C22...center+channel

#3 : http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-SP-PK5...le_feature_div

As long as you don't have a long hdmi cable run to a projector go with the x2000. You have to call the vendor to get the best price on that brand only.

No that's more than I am looking to send. Narrowed to the Denon X2000 or the Sony 1040. Wanting to make sure the the Sony doesn't have better sound...
