Can my ear be able to tell the different, if my Polk rti a9 power by Yamaha RX-V377, Denon AVR-S500BT, or Pioneer vsx-824-k. Any elf out there can help me choose. Anyone else can chime in

You may hear a difference. In my opinion Yamaha and Denon have distinct sounds. Saying if one is better is personal opinion.

You will very likely hear a difference. Each of those AVR's use a different EQ program. Audessey, MCACC, and YPAO.
