Harman Kardon AVR-100 /200 Loses settings/presets when powered off

Hello,
I have a Harman Kardon AVR-100 that will lose all of my presets/settings after being powered off. The power cord is never removed from the 110v outlet, nor do I use System Standby to power down.
This doesn't happen every time the receiver is powered down, but about 1-2 times every few weeks on average. I need to perform a full device reset before I can again program speakers/presets/etc... then everything works flawlessly until the next time it fails.
I've poked around enough to understand that these receivers can have a 'supercapacitor' or a soldered battery to be the culprit, but can't find anyhing to indicate exactly what/where this component is located on the AVR-100. I performed a visual to all the various PCB's inside the device, and cannot find a battery, so I assume it must be a mysterious cap somewhere.
I have the official HK Service Manual for the AVR100/200, but it doesn't provide info on this component, or perhaps I'm not seeing it.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated

Regards

I found the answer.
It's cap c412 which is located on the front panel display PCB, just to the left of the digital display.
Cap info:
0.1F Z 5.5V
Part reference # EECS0HD104V
