Least expensive *NEW* Receiver w/preamp outs 7.1

I seem to be going round and round. I'm looking to put together a system with preamp outs so i can use outboard amps.....

Anyone have any experience with AV Sender wireless transmitter/receiver**** Hint: Preamp outs.....
