Lightbulb maintain sound quality while converting HDMI to optical/coaxial

Hi, i just bought a new PC with GA-Z97X-SLI motherboard.
the issue is that i have a Denon receiver AVR-1905 with only optical/coaxial input.
how do i connect the audio output of the motherboard (HDMI/line) to an optical/ coaxial input, without loosing sound quality, maintain 7.1 support and not spending a lot of money on bulky convertors?

You're gonna lose some quality because optical/digital coax cannot do discrete 7.1, neither can it do TrueHD or DTS-MA.

you can always upgrade your receiver to a newer HDMI model if you want the best audio quality possible.
