Depends on the features I need.

Do you need:
1. Networking (firmware upgrades, DLNA, Pandora, internet radio,)
2. Wireless or Bluetooth
3. Multiple HDMI outputs
4. Multiple Zones for audio
5. 4K pass through
6. 3D passthrough
7. Room Correction
8. EQ for 2 subs
9. Preouts to connect an external amp
0. 9.1, Dolby Atmos, etc

Also depends on the impedance (4,6,8-ohm) of your speakers, the size of your room, and how loud you listen to movies and/or music.
