Denon X2000 Issues

Just got a new home theater set up , CMT-340's and a Rythmic LV12R.

I have had the Denon for a couple months with a pair of ****** JVC speakers, and always heard a slight cracking when turning the volume up or down, however with these new speakers and ESPECIALLY the sub it is much much more audible. I called Denon support and they ran me through at total reset didn't fix the problem. I tried different plug in, different cables, different speakers, i only have one sub so couldn't switch that. I tried different sources and even everything except one speakers disconnected and a usb drive for a song, yet it was still there. Here is the kicker, when the speaker is playing no volume adjustment from what I can tell it is 100% fine. It only occurs when you are changing the volume either up or down.
Just wondering if anyone might have so last minute advice before I bring it to a authorized retailer to attempt a fix as it is still under warranty.

Is it normal for it to sound like that when switching volumes?

here is the sub when changing volumes. http://clyp.it/10pt15rt
