Speaker selector help

Hey. I am trying to use an older 5.1 Yamaha receiver to power 6 sets of speakers in 4 different rooms and a pair of speakers outside. (12 speakers total) (5 zones) How could I hook up a selector to the 5.1 and make it work? Or do I still have to have that many speaker inputs on the receiver? My current receiver has an A B selector. The b only has room for 2 speakers and the rest is a standard 5.1. Any ideas?

A couple of comments...
Stay away from the multiple speaker switchers they load the amplifier in a strange, unsafe way often damaging the AVR..
The recommended solution is to purchase a multi-channel distribution amplifier.

Just my $0.02...
