Help on receiver, thoughts on speaker choice & setup?

Hi, can someone please help? I've spent hours researching and I'm still completely lost.

I'm building a home theater receiver for my living room.

I live in a high-rise condo. The living room is 18' x 14'. The ceilings are 10' cement. The couch sits in middle of the room. The floors are hardwood. Three walls are sheetrock, the left wall is a sliding glass door, the right wall (half-wall) is the kitchen & entry. The forward wall goes into bedroom 1. The rear wall goes to bedroom 2. The TV is an 80" Vizio (m801d-a3).

What I'm looking for is a unit with decent sound to listen to music via the internet using the Apple Music app and/or XM Radio. I would like to have good surround sound for the occasional movie like Mad Max and Interstellar using my Mac via Airplay. I won't be using CD's or DVD's. It would be nice to have the option of output to two different zones however this isn't critical.

I'm open to other options but I'm currently thinking a 5.1 setup controlling everything via Airplay using my iDevice and/or Mac. Two front floor standing speakers, center speaker, with two rear in-wall speakers, and a sub.

Because I live in a high-rise, I'm looking for clarity with a bit of depth. There is decent sound dampening between the condos but bass can still be heard at high volume. My budget is ~$3k but I can go higher if necessary.

Current Choices
Receiver: Yamaha RX-V779BL
Floorstanding: Polk Audio TSi500 Floorstanding Speaker - (Cherry)
Center: ?
In-wall: Klipsch R-5650-S II 6.5"
Sub: Yamaha YST-FSW050BL2

What do you think?

Sorry, I'm just building a home theater, not a home theater "receiver"

You can edit your post. Here is a nice system.
Receiver. Yamaha a3030 $1,000 refurbished. Does the 1080p 3d video of the vizio. http://www.accessories4less.com/make...airplay/1.html
Subwoofer. That yamaha subwoofer is hideous. SVS $800 http://www.svsound.com/subwoofers/ported-box/pb-2000
EMP TEK Towers $700+ http://emptek.com/r55ti.php Center $200 http://emptek.com/r5ci.php
In wall. Those Klipsch are pricey. Polk 6.5" pair. $150. http://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-RC6.../dp/B00005T3C8
Total $2850 The klipsch are $350 so $3150 with them instead.
