Difference between Denon x4000 and x4000P?

I've seen some Denon's for sale called x4000P. I can't seem to find much information on it. Does anyone know what makes the x4000P different from the x4000?

Primary differences are:
1. The P version has panel/brackets for mounting into a 19" rack
2. The P version is sold through different distribution channels, mainly pro-audio dealers such as Guitar Center.

There are no electrical/feature differences.

Just my $0.02...

Just curious because it can be bought new for $570 which I think is a pretty good deal. I might have to jump on this assuming it has all the same features.
