Cant get my Yamaha Rx -V671 to play in Pro logic - AVS Forum | Home Theater Discussions And Reviews

Cant get my Yamaha Rx -V671 to play in Pro logic

I cant seem to get my Yamaha receiver to go in to Dolby Pro Logic any more when Playing DVD's any body have any ideas as to why that would be happening

This is a 7CH model so if you have a 7.1 setup, than DD PLIIx would only kick in when playing a 2.0 or 5.1 audio track. If you have a 5.1 setup, then DD PLII would only kick in with a 2.0 stereo audio track as there would be nothing to simulate with a DD/DTS 5.1 audio track.

Thank you thats what it always did but now if I truth sound decoder option it plays everything except the 2 pro logic modes like it use to even with blu rays
