AVM 20: can I use front L,R rca and xlr simultaneously?

I'd like to move my Outlaw Audio ICBM-1 analog bass manager from between my Oppo BDP-95 and AVM 20 to between my AVM 20 and the Bryston power amps. The primary purpose is to provide 2.1 output from SACDs run analog direct. The ideal thing is to use a separate copy of the front L,R signal rather than inserting the ICBM (essentially a unity gain preamp) into the front L,R signal path. If I can run the rca and xlr outputs simultaneously I could just use a pair of xlr>rca cables to do this.

Since I'll be buying a new pre-pro soon, I'm also interested in whether I can do this with an Emotiva XMC-1.

5 Paradigm Studio 100 v3s, Servo-15 sub, Bryston 4B & 6B SST, Anthem AVM 20, Oppo bdp-95
