I am trying to get the remote on the H/K AVR525 to learn some device buttons from my TV remote that did not get programmed with the three digit code. I have plenty of extra buttons, but I can't seem to get it to work. I am following the learn instructions, but the flashing amber light keeps flashing and wont learn the code. What am I doing wrong?

not all buttons on the 525 remote can learn commands. I know that sucks.

I was afraid of that. After playing around some more, I did find some buttons that could be programmed. Unfortunately, they were buttons that were already assigned to other functions. Oh well, guess I will have to prioritize. Thanks.

Check the AVR 525 Operation Guide, in the remote section U will find a chart that show button assignment by Device. The "open" buttons are the ones that will accept a Learnt code/function...
