Any drawbacks to the Denon AVR X1300W?

I'm looking for a budget receiver for my 4k HDR TV set up with my 5.1 sound. Currently I'm streaming all my 4k HDR content they my KS8500 and it to my old pioneer they optical. I'm looking at either the Denon 720W or the X1300 for not much more through Accessories4less. Seems like it's a decent buy, it does the 4k, HDR, multiEQ, more punch than the 720W. I'll be adding a second sub. For the money is there a better choice?

x1300 better than s720 because better version of Audyssey. Both just got the Dolby Vision and HLG update so make sure you download it after purchase.
