I have an Onkyo TX-DS595 Reciever and a Bose Acoustimass 15 speaker system.
The center speaker has developed a static noise. I can move the speaker wires on the back of the subwoofer and the static moves to another speaker. The statci is present with cable tv and my DVD player. The troubleshooting guide mentions it could be a dirty or worn needle on the turntable. I do not know anything about the operation of a reciever and certanly did not realise that there was a needle or turntable. Could it just be that I need to have it serviced if so does anyone have any sugestions of a reputable service center around Charlotte, NC.

Thanks
