I have a Pioneer SAV-700 Amp which i bought used and I dont know if It's gone or not. when I turn it on all of the Function/indicator lights come on and one of the chennel lights come on and then go off and come back on. 2 fuses are blown and I relaced but I think I got the wrone one! I even bridged the fuse contac things with wire and nothing

No sound from speaker either

I think there may be a short in there! The ground wire appears to be missing.
