Hi,
Maybe in the wrong section .I am a little worried on what I read in some manuals,saying that if you ties your cables you loose performance or get a hiss or even humming.is that true

I like to use a cable tie for each wire i hookup ,even i extra speaker wire

You should seperate your power cords from your low voltage. You could pick up a hum from a poorly shielded power cord.

OK, so why *again* do we need a bigger one?
