I'm looking to add an ipod dock to my receiver that can play sound and video, but every dock out there seems to have some major flaw with it's on TV screen navigation menus. My recevier is an HK, and their ipod dock , "The Bridge", has had reviews that are mediocre at best.

I'm basically looking for a device where I can just plug it into the dock, step away from it, and use a remote (either the one supplied with the product, or even better if it is Harmony compatible) to reasonably (see flaw with HK product) control everything (songs and video) using menus on my TV screen.

The biggest flaw with the HK product is menu navigation. For example, suppose you have a list of 100 songs or 100 artists. You would need to click 99 times to get from the first to the last; there is not scrolling or fast forward type function.

Other problems with docks I've researched;

-video navigation does not display on TV, you must walk up to the ipod to navigate video menus;

-volume controlled by dock itself and not by receiver;

-video navagition only works if you create playlists for video

-lacking feature: some docks just don't play video period

Any suggestions?
