When are the next gen HDMI 1.3 receivers gonna come out? I want more than 2 HDMIinputs, 24p compatibility, full OSD via HDMI in a sub $1k AVR.

"Vintage" is good for wine, not for A/V equipment.

I thought the SR705 does all that for less than $1K.

I'm kind of with the OP. I'm trying to decide whether to buy a 605 as a $380 stop gap to hold me for a year. It's a tough call.

Pioneer 9120 has everything you want, plus solid performance in both stereo and home theater. The best even if you throw 500$ more
