I looked around for a thread that listed all calibration specialists but couldn’t find one. I’ve looked on Google but only found one and he doesn’t calibrate audio at least not his area of expertise. Just wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations for someone in Phoenix

I don't know anyone to recommend, but I always urge people to do this themselves for several reasons. The Room EQ Wizard software is free, and it's not terribly difficult to use. The main reason to do this yourself is you won't be beholden to someone else and have to pay them if you decide to experiment with moving speakers etc in the future. This should help:
