Here is the blueprint for our apartment.

I'm going to place my 130 cm wide desk in the bedroom (bottom-right room on the blueprint). I listen to a lot of music while I work/study. I want to minimize sound traveling to the kitchen / living room. Where should I place my desk?

The desk fits anywhere in the room, even in the upper-right corner against the upper wall, next to the balcony door. If I place it like that, does the sound travel mostly straight down and not so much 90 degrees to the left? Is this better or worse than placing it in the bottom-right corner, either against the bottom wall or the left wall. The length of that room is 4 metres.

I guess the worst would be the upper-right corner against the right wall? In that case the sound would travel straight to the kitchen.
