Your ears have warned you it does not get better likely they are already permanently damaged you could likely incur additional hearing loss and pain from here forward if you do loud anything to much or maybe even occasionally without loud noise also but certainly with . it comes and goes occasionally with varying intensity but generally does not get better.
Ever heard the expression no highs no lows must be Bose ............... it isn't always the Bose. FWIW that's where you may be headed just saying.
