So I see one thing that's come back that I really liked. The date/timestamp now gives you the actual day/time. Better than x hours etc that the last platform had.

I would like to see where I posted in the past. I also hope that my subscribed threads will return. Other than that, it's a message board. The message board is dead, long live the message board....

me too, from playing with it last night the mobile app is not very readable and not being able to find the 'where you posted' list I didn't get very far in navigation. Might not be on here as much from the phone/ipad.

Never mind I found the dark theme . Do subscribed threads still take you to your last post? It seems like it doesn't.

There's a "Get Premium" link at the top of the page, but they haven't enabled the payment process as of this morning.

It seems that the "go to your last post" part is lost, does it go to the last read when you click a thread?

Also subscribed threads doesn't tell you how many post were made since you last posted. Along with not taking you directly to the recent post since yours. It would be great if these were added back.

In AVS new look i have a signature ''high frama rate''. I do not have a signature so i wonder were that ''high frama rate'' signature comes from - confused - (Smilies do not work).

Likes are visible. I prefer the anomymous likes.

Clicking on the "down arrow" next to the thread name in your subscription list will jump to you the first unread post in the thread.

There's also a "Jump to first unread post" message on the first page of a thread, but that's pretty inconvenient since it requires two clicks and page refreshes. Clicking the down arrow is much more convenient.

Seggers
@seggers Does the Tools -> My Posts do what you are looking for to see where you posted in the past, and Tools -> My Subscriptions for your subscriptions?

When editing a post how long is the grace period to fix typos before a post is flagged as being edited? It seems to be shorter than before.

Also the popup preview of the last post in a thread (just by hovering the mouse while looking at the list of subscribed threads) was really useful. it would be great to get this back.

Another fairly trivial one...

I liked the old layout where i could subscribe to a thread from the bottom or top nav links...

(I know, I know... just press home...)

I'd prefer the default to be jumping to the first unread post, and change the down arrow to provide other options... Or, to piggyback on my previous post... make it configurable in our profile for default behavior... everyone wins in that case...

I agree, clicking or navigating multiple times isn't as usable... Luckily, these are all simpler types of things to change, and i'm sure we'll get there in short order... Seems like the Dev team has some chops and is getting changes worked in fairly quickly...

I noticed the "Mobile" and "Desktop" buttons at the bottom of the page. They don't seem to work and the default looks like "Mobile" and "Desktop" can't be selected.

What is their intent?

This is not the vBulletin that I know and love. Check out http://www.tivocommunity.com/ ; that's vBulletin. This is some terrible devolved version.

EDIT: Looking at it more closely, I guess it is largely the same. I just got used to some of the features of Huddler.

Is there any way to automatcially go to the first unread post? before when I clicked on a subscribed thread, it would automatically go to the first unread post. Which makes sense. But now it goes to the first post of the thread and I have to select "view first unread" to get there.

Ive seen a posts about an app, but haven't seen a link for one. The only one with the huddler was Tapatalk, but with the conversion Tapatalk seems to have been broken. When people quote each other its a crapshoot if you see the post or not, youd have to actually "reply" to the post to see what was written.

I also wish it was easier to load a pic. Most people load pics from their cell phone or tablets and pics make threads better.

The good threads have pictures.

It should be so hard.

AVS used to have an app then it changed to getting emails to your subscription and going into the site desktop or mobile.
The app was much easier to use.

Where'd my signature go? I like the addition of the separate mobile version of the site though, makes it easier to read and I like the ability to toggle back and forth between the two.
