The banner is only displayed for 5-10 seconds and then disappears. If you looked away or aren't looking for it, then you might have missed it.

While I'm sure it's not SVS who it's getting this data, they could benefit from that data as well. The only reason companies who assemble profiles and sell that info to other companies exist is because companies with products to sell want to find customers in the most cost effective way possible. Why would SVS not benefit from the same data Target or the DCCC or whoever else is paying for and presumably benefiting from?

Big deal. I'll ignore their marketing offers the same way I ignore the endless offers for penis hardening pills.

I don't like the questions. Nothing like a "personal information harvester survey." Just what marketers and third party data aggregaters does Survey Monkey sell your information data to? They are for a fact making money off your personal information that your providing them. I don't like the idea of corporations harvesting my data and profiting from it and using the very slim chance of winning a pair of speakers as bait. Insurance companies are bad enough. No thanks...

Our data is available. This just makes the data more easily targetable. Do you think any interested party couldn't find this info?

They absolutely can. Everything from data aggregators to the just passed Warrantless Domestic Surveillance CISA Act. That doesn't mean I have to like it. But I digress were here to talk audio and SVS does make good stuff.

I do not mind giving SVS information about my choices and preferences when it comes to subjects that directly concern their business (i.e., audio), but I see no reason for them to know whether I own a hybrid vehicle or an SUV, or if I have a vacation home. I definitely see no reason to disclose my financial information to anyone. So no thanks to SVS, much as I would like some free speakers, I'll pass on this survey.

Just for the record, I own three (count 'em, three!) SVS subwoofers, so I definitely love their products. I just don't care for the personal nature of the questions on their survey.

This is a great oppertunity Thanks AVS and SVS. I think a cap is failing in one of my crossovers I could really use a new set of floorstanding speakers
and have always wanted to try SVS, if I win I may just have to buy an SVS subwoofer.

Hey Scott any way you can post the winner of contests in post #1 so we have some idea of who won and when? Otherwise the only person that knows who won is the winner.
I leave these pages open on my browser for like weeks at a time, lol.
I think everyone would appreciate it. Thanks for the awesome contests & thanks to SVS!

Meaning the winner is contacted directly so he knows as soon as the drawing is done. Just thought it would be easier to post it here rather than having to do a search daily to find winner as sometimes drawing is delayed.

My search results didnt locate winner announcement page but thanks for the links .

I swear if I ever won anything I would never know because of my email and where that stuff goes or never shows up. Somebody would have to send me a PM.

This space for rent!

Well, I missed it but since I am always receiving emails about me winning the internet lottery and all these rich people over in Africa needing to give me their money I think I should have had a good chance of winning!
