Has anyone else noticed that the phone numbers for Logitech Customer support are no longer available through the software? The only option I have is customer support by email. Anyone else notice this or is it just because I take up so much of their time?

Phone support is only available now for the first 60 days for a new remote. After that you have to use email.

Accounts with remotes that have been connected past the 60 days will no longer display the support numbers; instead, they want to encourage you to use their online resources or contact them via email.

Take it how you want -- you're annoying and they want you to stop calling, or they are cheap and just don't want to staff their call centre -- for better or worse, that's a business decision they've made and they seem to be sticking by it (though they've backed down from cutting off CI support, probably due to backlash they must have felt from CIs ... though support has apparently been dumbed down to regular consumer level support, so total cut off from support can't be far off).

phone numbers are available again but they want you to shell out 29 bucks a pop if you've owned it for more than 60 days, even if its a technical and not a programming option.
and they've removed the emailing option from the software so if you have failing buttons like i do, you're hosed...

Hey, I'm a firm believer in the philosophy of a ruling class
Especially since I rule.
