I have a diiferent problem i havn't saw with this combo. When i turn everything on hitting the watch tv activity, everything turns on and sets to the proper inputs but about 5 seconds later the 609 switches to tv/cd input. Hit help and it fixes it and doesn,t happen again until you turn everything off then turn back on using the watch tv activity button. I called logitech support with no avail. I have tried learning all inputs from the stock remote, changing the order in which everything turns on, reprogrammed after deleting tv/cd input from the input list. I have tried everything i know. I have been using Harmony remotes for about 10 years and currently have 3 ones and a 650 so im not a newb. Fyi everything works fine with stock remote.

I would try creating a "Generic Activity" and see if the problem persists. If it works out you will have to map each button manually because the generic activity is completely blank.

I didn,t think of that. Alot of work but i'll try that. This one is for my father in law and hes about ready to return the onkyo for a Denon. I have probably 15 hours into trying to fix this issue and it's on my last nerve, lol.

You probably have HDMI CEC Link enabled. Turn it off.
