Hello Anyone,
I'm new to this site and was hoping someone could answer a couple of questions for me. We currently have a URC MX-850 and have had it for sometime and originally had someone program the remote for us. We are no longer in contact with that professional and need to add some devices to be controlled by the remote. Is there a way to add/program the devices to the remote without the software which we were never provided, and how would we go about getting that software regardless of whether or not its needed to program the remote. Thanks Everyone for your time.
Regards
Oliver

The NX-RM820 editor should work with mx-850 just download a copy of it if you cannot find the mx-850 editor

It always used to so either your mx-850 is broken or URC has updated the hardware in way that is not compatible with the old editors.. Given how old the mx-850 it seems unlikely they would update it.
