Hello All,

I programmed a Harmony One for a client a while back and he called saying he switched his VIP-211 for the 922 so i went out there to reprogram the remote. Problem is that the IR commands are very intermittent. It is working through a Xantech IR Repeater system and had no problems with old box. Now with this Hopper from Dish the commands are intermittent. It will only control the box sometimes and completely refuses to respond other times. Ive tried every fine tuning method available from Logitech. Some forums post threads saying use an old floppy disk film to mask the IR sensor on the box and such but i want to know if there is a solution to the problem before i track down an old historic floppy disk to tear open.

Any ideas?
