hope this is the right place.

recently got a new (to me) SC-07 pioneer receiver. i was hoping the remote was a little more user friendly like my last Pioneer remote.

the issue is this.

i wanted the remote to change the receiver input, and then put the remote into that input's function..lol if that makes sense.

I.e. if you pressed "CD" on the remote control, the sc-07 would switch to CD, and the remote will now work the CD ...all in one press of the button.

now i have to switch some litlte switch back and forth, which has become a nuiscance already, ALSO, it has no "Sat" button to work my cable satellite..

soooo, i have to still use my satellite remote...

i was thinking about using my sat remote, and set it to use the volume of the reciever and just use that one...

oh well , i kno my last remote would do the above (switch the reciever and remote in one press) and maybe can look for a used one that will also work my Sc-07..

rant over.. biggrin.gif
