When would you select REMOTE over HUB for your devices?
Should all devices be set to remote and not hub?

My devices are:

Xbox one
Dish DVR
Sony TV
Amazon Fire TV
Bose AV Receiver

They are all in line of site of me on the couch (Not in a cabinet).
I noticed my Ultimate is having issues controlling the volume on my AV Receiver when the device is set to HUB, but setting to remote works fine.
If you set it to hub and the hub doesn't have a good line-of-sight then it's not going to work well. All you are doing is specifying which device is actually sending the IR signal. Those of us that have our equipment in a cabinet or closet need the hub. In those cases it is optimal to use the hub for all the source devices, and the remote only for the display. The hub also has the emitters which can be attached and placed so that they can send the IR to your devices.

I suggest peoples DO NOT UPDATE to latest 4.5.66 and wait until Logitech fixes the device power settings bugs.
I had this problem already with 4.3 and 4.5.66 makes it even worser.

I finally bought an Ultimate for my bedroom, but for my DVR, the numbers are not shown on the activity page (it shows the grid with no number). However, under "Devices", I can find the numeric pads and use them.

Any idea what
on how to get those numbers back?

U can add them manually under Buttons and choose u device to add commands. But I just notice, with 4.5.66, they have also changed only can add 1 device commands and not as before commands for multi devices on same screen. What a stupid change.
