Trying to set up my BR and given the room it is in need something without the clutter. Anyway, the issue is my plasma which hangs on the wall and as such the cords to the RF module are hanging down from it. I tried just putting a piece of black tape over the TV remote sensor but it does not work. Hopefully this makes sense…. Open to suggestions.

Thank you,

The Harmony Ultimate can control your TV via Infrared and the rest of your equipment via RF so you won't need a repeater on the TV at all.

Yes, Dropkick Murphy pointed out if your remote supports sending some signals via IR and others by RF that is the best option.

If not, you should be able to conceal the wire in the wall.
