I have Splinter cell in my X-box, Metroid Prime in the GameCube and Vice city in the PS2. Splinter Cell has had most of my attention. Although...Mechassault, Unreal, and Ghost Recon have been begging me to play. It sure is a great time to be a gamer!
On another note, aside from the excellent game play, Splinter cell is by far, the best looking game I have EVER seen grace my Toshiba 56H80.
It even puts Fox to shame

I needed a break from Recon & Metroid Prime so I rented Serious Sam for the box.

Perfect rental, jump in and start shooting. The game is funny & the maps are mostly outdoor & huge. The sound is pretty good. When the screaming guys without heads (not sure how that works) are coming, the surrounds help you locate them.

Its selling on the net for 20 bucks, I may buy it so I will have another game that a beginner can play.

Xbox - Ghost Recon, MechAssault, Splinter Cell, Xbox Live are all collecting duct.

GameCube - Metroid Prime

PS2 - Vice City + Medal of Honor are both collecting dust...All my time and attention have been focused on SOCOM:US Navy SEALs in 420p and PLII, its addictive, i've been playing almost everyday since October, i really believe in Multiplayer Online Games and nothing has beaten the REPLAY quality. Come join me online in the Australia Server, sometime.

Gamecube- Zelda-Ocarina of time bonus disk..
though it is painful to see in progressive scan, nice to revisit a classic.

XBOX: NHL 2K3 (the greatest hockey SIM on any platform.. NOT THE EA CRAP!)

GC: Animal Crossing(Wife is terribly addicted... As am I.. I must confess)

PS2: GTA: Vice City

I cannot recommend the Sega NHL 2K3 enough. It is a GREAT game. Takes some minor tweaking of the sliders, but it is amazing. EAs is crappy, but has nicer gfx.

Mechassault is in and primed for the dowloadable content. Splinter Cell keeps finding its way in, as well.

Although I'm hoping that Kung Foo Chaos will find itself displacing the incumbents come next week.

Interesting. I tend to see a trend from this forum and other home theater forums. More people than not who own multiple consoles AND have a chunk of money invested in their home theaters tend to play the PS2 the least. I have been an avid gamer for many, many years. I'm 35 and started with pong and have owned most consoles since. Game play is where its at. HOWEVER, even though the PS2 library is vastly larger than the XBOX and GameCube combined and offers more AAA titles, I still play it the least. Why? I love my home theater just as much as I like to play games. If a gamer can afford it, you have to have all the latest consoles. They each have something to offer that the others don't. So I will only buy the cream of the crop for each system. I don't buy games just to buy. But for the PS2, the game has to be HUGE before I buy. I probably wont buy another game for it until Silent Hill 3 is released. If Sony offered more 480p and DD games, as well as a dedicated on line service, I would have many more PS2 games. Don't misunderstand, I'm not bashing Sony, I luv' em. The do make outstanding games. But the Xbox gives me solid titles, live and 480P. Gamecube brings that Nintendo magic, 480p and Pro Logic II to most AAA titles. They all need work in the 16X9 department. So Sony, I'll gladly buy more games when you begin to offer more to the home theater enthusiast. The competition has already catered to me, but I'll keep waiting on you.

The greatest hockey game made is in my XBOX right now...NHL 2k3. It keeps getting switched in and out with FIFA 2003 and Panzer Orta though...I've been playing a lot of games with the weather being crummy as of late...

XBOX: HALO and Splinter Cell (very rarely)
PC: Just installed Half-Life (still not in 1366 x 720 though)

I am thinking about modding my XBOX as EUR XBOX does not support 480p.

Anyway, Halo is awesome. It completely caught me by surprise.

Interesting. I haven't seen anything in this forum that would lead me to that conclusion.

XBOX - Serious Sam
This game ROCKS! I can't believe no one else is playing this game! I liked it on the pc and I think it's even better on the XBOX (controller takes a while to get used to). I like it alot better than Unreal Championship. U.C. has got some serious frame rate issues, and the music is bad. Music in Serious Sam is really cool, and really adds to the game.

I rented Serious Sam & had a blast. If I see it at $20.00 I may buy it. I laughed allot while playing that game.

In the console now...

XBOX-Hitman2, Ghost Recon
Cube-Metroid Prime

PS2- .hack/INFECTION
GC- Zelda: OoT
DC- Soul Calibur
PC- nothing in it, but playing Team Fortress Classic.

Hmmm. It seems there aren't many RPG gamers here. I guess once you get the right set up, you don't want to go back to 480i games (though, Dscaler makes my PS2 games look better IMHO) . I still love em' though! :D I'll need to get a Xbox once I get done with my current backlog.

I've got MotoGP in the XBox right now.
I rented SOCOM for the PS2 last week, but can't decide if I want to buy it or Ghost Recon (Xbox).

I can't get an honest answer from anyone on which is better. I just got XBL and am loving it, although I have only been using that for MotoGP.

Anyone interested in WSB2k3 for Xbox? I read on another forum (operationsports.com) that it was suppose to be 720p. If so, that will be very sweet.
