Do any TVs support this? I was looking into getting a new TV for the new Xbox (currently game on my monitor) and this sounds like something that would go great with it. Seems like searches only turn up articles about it.

Not in 2017. Maybe in 2018? HDMI 2.1 isn't even finalized yet and there's no guarantee that any TV display will have variable refresh rates for gaming in 2018. HDMI 2.1 is more for the PC crowds that have quad Titan setups and want to run everything in 4k@120frames on a gaming monitor since we are currently still mostly stuck at 4k@60. 4k tv displays aren't even the norm yet and HDMI 2.1 is for the ability to push 8k resolution and up. It also adds the ability to push better sound over ARC from a TV display to a receiver. We are currently at the point where you put your hands out, sit on them and wait for the engineers to finalize everything and release it. But like every new tech upgrade, this won't matter for the majority of consumers till 2019/2020.
